About the role
The Senior Counsel, Workers’ Compensation is responsible for providing legal advice and support to clients regarding workers' compensation claims and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance on workers' compensation laws and regulations
- Review and analyze workers' compensation claims
- Prepare and review legal documents related to workers' compensation cases
- Represent clients in workers' compensation hearings and litigation
- Stay updated on changes in workers' compensation laws and regulations
Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in at least one state
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant legal experience
- Experience in workers' compensation law is preferred
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
- Experience with legal research and document preparation
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
