Senior Counsel, Technology Transactions

About the role

The Senior Counsel, Technology Transactions will provide legal advice and guidance on complex technology transactions, including software licensing, cloud services agreements, and intellectual property matters. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in technology law, with a focus on transactional work.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients on the legal aspects of technology transactions, including drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Managing and resolving disputes related to technology transactions.
• Assisting with due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions involving technology companies.
• Participating in client meetings and conference calls to discuss and advise on technology-related legal issues.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing of at least one U.S. state bar.
• Experience in technology law, with a focus on transactional work.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, and product development.
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including antitrust, data privacy, and cybersecurity.

Pay

$150,000 - $200,000 annually.
