Senior Counsel-M&A

Responsibilities

• Lead legal support for corporate transactions, including deal document negotiation
• Manage general corporate projects as needed
• Review and negotiate complex commercial agreements
• Identify personal training and development needs for professional growth

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active legal license in good standing
• 5+ years of experience in multinational mergers and acquisitions
• At least 3 years as a corporate/M&A associate at a large North American law firm
• PREFERRED: In-house experience
• Strong negotiation and deal management skills
