We need to output HTML fragment with sections only if content present. Use

for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Must preserve substantive info. We need to parse the posting: It includes company overview, description, reporting line, location, hybrid schedule (two days per week work from home). That's schedule info. Also maybe benefits? Not mentioned. Pay not mentioned. So we should not create Pay or Benefits sections unless present. So we can have sections: About the role (maybe company overview + role description), Responsibilities (Key Responsibilities + Specific Duties), Requirements (maybe Candidate Profile includes qualifications), Qualifications (maybe separate?), Skills (core competencies). But we must avoid thin sections. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we can combine some. We need headings exactly as listed: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include those with real content. We have content for About the role: company overview and description of role. Responsibilities: key responsibilities and specific duties. Requirements: maybe the candidate profile includes required qualifications (JD, license, years experience). Qualifications: maybe preferred qualifications (in-house experience, leadership skills etc). Skills: core competencies. Schedule: hybrid position (two days per week work from home). Benefits: none. Pay: none. Thus we output sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Schedule. We must not include empty sections. We need to use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities we should list duties as
    • . For requirements list items as
      • . For qualifications list items as
        • . For skills list items as
          • . For schedule maybe just a

. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can format as lists. We need to be careful not to omit any substantive info. Let's extract. Company Overview paragraph: "FMC Corporation is a global leader in agricultural sciences, driven by our purpose: Innovation for Agriculture. Solutions for the Planet. We are passionate about the power of science to solve agriculture’s biggest challenges. With one of the most productive and diversified pipelines in the industry, FMC is delivering cutting-edge and next-generation crop protection technologies – including Dodhylex™ active, Isoflex™ active, rimisoxafen, and fluindapyr – to help farmers increase the productivity and resilience of their land. Our employees are at the heart of this innovation. We’re looking for bold thinkers and collaborative doers. At FMC, your ideas matter. From day one, you’ll contribute to meaningful work that drives progress in agriculture, supported by a culture that values integrity, safety, respect, and results. Join us in advancing the future of agriculture. Together, we’re building a more resilient planet – one innovation at a time. Company Overview FMC Corporation is one of the world’s leading agricultural science companies. We are proud that our chemistries are helping to feed the world. FMC is a globally diverse organization that offers its employees exciting opportunities to work on challenging projects that are important to the achievement of our strategic objectives. Your education and professional experience are valued and put to use from day one. Your success in completing key initiatives can result in a varied, progressive, and fulfilling career with FMC." That's a bit repetitive but we keep. Then: "Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, Global Litigation, the Senior Counsel – EHS & Litigation will be based in Philadelphia and will work closely with business, operational, EHS, regulatory and legal colleagues worldwide. The position is a hybrid position (two days per week work from home)." Then "Key Responsibilities The Senior Counsel – EHS & Litigation will collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop and implement global legal strategies for EHS compliance and litigation. This role will advise a geographically dispersed manufacturing organization on a broad range of EHS matters and will serve as the lead legal advisor on remediation matters involving active and legacy sites." Then "Specific Duties And Responsibilities Include" list: - Serve as the lead legal advisor in developing and refining standard operating procedures, tools and guidance addressing specific EHS legal and regulatory requirements, including compliance with the following U.S. laws and applicable state and international counterparts: Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act; Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act; Toxic Substances Control Act; Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; Clean Air Act; Clean Water Act; OSHA General Industry Standard and Process Safety Management - Advise manufacturing sites on compliance with EHS laws, regulations and internal corporate EHS standards, including reviewing and drafting regulatory filings and communications with EHS regulatory agencies. - Lead legal strategy on environmental remediation matters and enforcement defense, including developing strategy, negotiating with government agencies and other potentially responsible parties, and overseeing remedy implementation at the Company’s active and legacy sites. - Develop, refine and deliver EHS training content. - Support and participate in EHS audits and related corrective action plans. - Coordinate with Risk Management and the Company’s insurers regarding coverage for legacy environmental and toxic tort liabilities. - Advise the Global Regulatory organization on compliance with TSCA, REACH and FIFRA. - Provide support for related disputes, arbitrations and litigation. Then "Candidate Profile" list: - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school is required - Active license to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and membership in good standing with the Pennsylvania Bar - At least seven years of experience as a subject matter expert across multiple areas of EHS law, particularly U.S. EHS law. A minimum of two years of in-house experience in a global manufacturing organization is preferred. - Strong leadership skills, including the ability to build relationships across cultures and legal frameworks in a global environment and to foster a results-oriented culture. - Deep knowledge of U.S. environmental regulations, permitting, compliance, due diligence and remediation projects, together with familiarity with comparable requirements outside the United States. - Strong strategic thinking and tactical/execution skills. - Experience managing and litigating complex environmental remediation and other EHS matters including negotiating their resolution. - Experience managing and litigating toxic tort and related litigation would be a plus. - Ability to organize and prioritize work, manage deadlines and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, demanding and evolving environment. - Experience working with U.S. environmental regulatory authorities; experience with non-U.S. environmental regulatory authorities is preferred. - Ability to harmonize global, country, regional and local objectives in diversified manufacturing and international business environments. - Experience in the chemical or life sciences sectors is a plus. - Experience with relevant pesticide regulations, such as the U.S. Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), is a plus. - Experience in an in-house legal department is preferred. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment with limited direct supervision. Then "Core competencies include action orientation, timely and high-quality decision-making, effective communication, time management, problem solving, creativity, negotiation, presentation skills, outside counsel and related budget management, and team building." Then EEO boilerplate to remove. Thus we need sections: About the role: combine company overview + role description (reporting line, location, hybrid). Could be a couple paragraphs. Responsibilities: list duties. Requirements: maybe the mandatory requirements (JD, PA license, 7+ years experience). Could also include "Active license..." etc. We'll treat as Requirements. Qualifications: preferred qualifications (2 years in-house experience, leadership skills, deep knowledge, strategic thinking, etc). But many of those overlap with requirements. To avoid thin sections, we could combine Requirements and Qualifications into one? But we need to follow headings if content present. We could make Requirements include both required and preferred? But the instruction says use those headings only if posting has real specific content for it. It doesn't forbid mixing required and preferred under same heading. However we have separate headings; we could put required under Requirements, preferred under Qualifications. That seems fine. Skills: core competencies list. Schedule: hybrid position (two days per week work from home). Could be a

. We must not include Benefits or Pay. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no or . Use

            for each section heading. Use

            for prose. Use

            • for lists. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all the details from the lists. We must be careful not to omit any bullet points. Let's draft. About the role: combine the initial paragraphs up to hybrid statement. We'll produce:

Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, Global Litigation, the Senior Counsel – EHS & Litigation will be based in Philadelphia and will work closely with business, operational, EHS, regulatory and legal colleagues worldwide. The position is a hybrid position (two days per week work from home).

That includes hybrid statement; but we also have a separate Schedule section. Might duplicate. Better to keep schedule separate; but we already mentioned hybrid in About the role. Could remove hybrid from About the role and put in Schedule. But we need to preserve all info; we can mention location and reporting line in About the role, and schedule in Schedule section. Thus About the role: up to "Reporting to the Assistant General Counsel, Global Litigation, the Senior Counsel – EHS & Litigation will be based in Philadelphia and will work closely with business, operational, EHS, regulatory and legal colleagues worldwide." Then schedule separate. Let's craft About the role without hybrid sentence. About the role paragraph: include company overview and role description (reporting line, location). We'll keep location. Now Responsibilities: include key responsibilities paragraph plus specific duties list. We'll output:

              Responsibilities
