Senior Cost Manager – Campus Projects Lead

Turner & Townsend is seeking a Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to serve as the key day-to-day client interface, delivering cost management solutions across a Bay Area corporate campus portfolio.

The role focuses on estimating, cost planning, value engineering, and ongoing cost control across multiple projects. The ideal candidate will lead cost management on complex construction programs, negotiate with contractors, and drive cost efficiency while aligning with the client’s objectives.
