Senior Cost Analyst
Schedule
withThis position allows for a hybrid arrangement with a mix of work from home and in the office.
We have "Skills" heading in original but we need to use for section headings like Skills, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to map content.
We have responsibilities: many bullet-like sentences after "Using a variety of industry and proprietary tools, you will perform the following tasks:" then list of tasks. Those are responsibilities. So we can have Responsibilities
with - ... each task.
We have "Experience with Accrual based project execution." That's maybe a requirement or skill. Could be under Requirements.
We have Qualifications section: "We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position." That's a note but maybe not needed? It's a qualification/requirement. Also "Essential Skills And Experience" list: Familiarity with practical application of project controls, 7+ years experience, Post-secondary graduate, Communication..., Motivation..., Computer Skills..., Working knowledge in SAP. Then "Valued But Not Required Skills And Experience": internship..., AACE..., etc. Then "Technology & Innovation" paragraph about AI etc. That's maybe not a separate section; could be under Skills or Qualifications.
We have Benefits: list of benefits under "Health & Wellness Financial Benefits Work-Life Balance" etc. That's a benefits section. So we can have
Benefits
with - ... each benefit.
We have Pay: "Compensation Range $100,019 - $152,807". Also Transparency Statement etc. So we can have
Pay
with Compensation range: $100,019 - $152,807.
Possibly also mention discretionary bonus. We can include that.
We have About Sargent & Lundy paragraph about health and well-being etc. That could be under "About the role"? Actually "About Sargent & Lundy" is company description. Could be under "About the role" or maybe we omit because not required. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could combine company description into a brief under maybe "About the role" but we already have responsibilities. Could add a section "About the company" but not in allowed headings list. Allowed headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we can put company description under "About the role". That seems appropriate.
We also have "Skills" heading originally; we could have a Skills section summarizing technical skills: maybe list of skills like project controls tools, MS Excel, PowerBI, SAP, etc. But we already have many skill details in Qualifications and Responsibilities. To avoid thin sections, we could omit Skills section and put skills under Qualifications or Responsibilities. However we need to follow instruction: Use headings only when posting has real, specific content for it. We have skills content; we could make a Skills section with bullet list of skills: Familiarity with practical application of project controls, 7+ years experience, Post-secondary graduate, Communication..., Motivation..., Computer Skills..., Working knowledge in SAP, Experience with Accrual based project execution, etc. But that overlaps with Qualifications. Might be thin.
Better to have sections: About the role (company description + hybrid arrangement?), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's 6 sections.
We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal. Also remove "Transparency Statement" maybe we can keep part of it? It's not boilerplate; it's about compensation transparency. Could include in Pay section.
We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from the posting, but we can reformat. Must not omit any substantive info. That's tricky: we need to include all details like "We do not sponsor employees for work authorization in the U.S. for this position." That's substantive. Must include somewhere. Could be under Qualifications as a note.
Also "Experience with Accrual based project execution." Must be included.
Also "Valued But Not Required Skills And Experience" details: internship..., AACE..., etc. Must be included.
Also "Technology & Innovation" paragraph about AI etc. Must be included.
Also "About Sargent & Lundy" paragraph about health and well-being, awards, etc. Must be included.
Also list of benefits: Health Plans: Medical, Dental, Vision etc. Must be included.
Also "Compensation Range $100,019 - $152,807" and "Individuals may also be eligible to participate in our yearly discretionary bonus." Must be included.
Also "Transparency Statement" paragraph about compensation ranges etc. Might be considered substantive; we should include.
We also have "Equal Opportunity" statement which is boilerplate EEO; we should remove per instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we drop that.
Now we need to decide where to place each piece.
