Senior Cost Accountant

Key Responsibilities

• Manage standard costing, BOM updates, and cost roll processes
• Lead cost variance analysis (material, labor, overhead) and reporting
• Support monthly close including journal entries, reconciliations, and inventory reporting
• Oversee inventory accounting accuracy, including cycle counts and physical inventory
• Partner cross-functionally to improve costing processes and reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 4+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in cost accounting
• Experience with manufacturing costing, inventory, and ERP systems
• Advanced Excel skills required
