Senior Corporate Trust Officer

Responsibilities

• Serve as a single point of contact for bond issues and escrow accounts including new business, growth, and retention resulting from strong sales, marketing, and networking with both external and internal clients.
• Review and analyze complex agreements for accurate setup of new issues within bond accounting system and cash accounting system.
• Back up and possibly succeed to the Managing Director of Corporate Trust role.

Requirements

• BS in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• Corporate Trust Master Designation.
• Strong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient communication skills used for both internal and external clients.
• Effective and efficient management skills.

Salary Range: $77,900/yr - $153,000/yr plus bonus.
