About the role

The Talent Attraction team at PROCEPT BioRobotics is seeking a Senior Talent Advisor to join our dynamic and growing organization. This role involves managing multiple requisitions, guiding hiring teams, and shaping our company culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage and fill open positions across Operations, G&A, Sales, and Commercial teams
• Work closely with leadership to craft compelling job descriptions and develop hiring strategies
• Source top-notch candidates using various recruitment channels and tools
• Deliver an exceptional hiring experience from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and seamless process
• Guide hiring teams and candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to final offer
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external candidates
• Stay informed about industry trends and contribute to the development of new hiring processes and infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 5 years of experience or a Master’s degree with 3 years of experience
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday)
• Hands-on experience conducting and training hiring managers and interview panelists
• Exceptionally strong communication and relationship management skills
• Comfortable working in a high-speed, high-demand sales organization and a fast-paced environment

Pay

$120,450 to $141,700 annually, including bonuses and equity incentives.
