Senior Corporate Real Estate Manager

Responsibilities

• Create, review, and update lease agreements in line with company policies.
• Maintain and monitor contract deadlines, termination options, and clauses.
• Track contractual obligations during lease negotiations.
• Lead lease negotiations with landlords and other stakeholders.
• Administer the regional real estate portfolio efficiently and properly.
• Implement measures to enhance property value.
• Review and settle ancillary/service charge statements.
• Distribute statements to relevant parties.
• Analyze operating costs to identify savings.
• Handle objections with landlords.
• Advise the project team with expert and strategic content.
• Develop detailed requirements, specifications, and project timelines.
• Organize project structures and processes for successful delivery.
• Implement and monitor governance structures for compliance.
• Collaborate with central departments and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and align project application content for final approval.
• Develop and maintain data interfaces with RB Global Real Estate.
• Develop and update regulations and guidelines for real estate management.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Four-Year College (Real Estate/Business Management, Engineering, or related field)
• Certificate (Building Facilities) preferred
• Certificate (PE License) preferred
• 10+ Years of Relevant Professional Experience
• 5-7 Years of Project Management Experience
• Negotiation strategies and leadership
• Mediation
• North American real estate markets
• Real estate projects, e.g., real estate purchase and sale
• Property management
• Real estate valuation
• Service charge accounting
• Travel: 50%
