Senior Corporate Human Resources Manager of Supply Chain People at Perdue Farms in Salisbury, MD.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR strategy and operations for the Supply Chain function
- Partner with business leaders to drive talent management, organizational effectiveness, and employee engagement
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to Supply Chain leadership teams
- Manage and develop HR business partners supporting Supply Chain operations
- Drive workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence on compensation, benefits, talent acquisition, and learning & development
- Ensure HR compliance and support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Experience supporting Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations functions
- Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and talent management
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior leaders
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and change management skills
Qualifications
- Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred
- Experience in food manufacturing or consumer packaged goods industry
- Track record of leading HR transformation or process improvement initiatives
