Piper Companies is seeking a Senior Corporate FP&A Manager to join a leading global healthcare and medical technology organization. This role is onsite five days per week in Tempe, Arizona.
About the role
The ideal Senior Corporate FP&A Manager will support enterprise-wide budgeting, forecasting, executive reporting, and financial planning activities while partnering closely with global finance teams to drive strategic decision-making and business performance.
Responsibilities
- Prepare Board of Directors, Audit Committee, and executive-level financial presentations.
- Maintain and distribute monthly financial reporting packages for senior leadership.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of internal financial reporting and consolidated financial data.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting calendars and consolidate financial results.
- Coordinate annual operating plan and monthly forecast processes across global finance teams.
- Drive completion of reporting, planning, budgeting, and forecasting deliverables.
- Prepare monthly journal entries for corporate finance activities.
- Analyze spending against budget and forecast, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
- Perform balance sheet and cash flow forecasting.
- Develop standardized planning templates and reporting tools for finance teams.
- Identify process improvements and automate financial planning and reporting activities.
- Support ad hoc financial analysis and strategic projects.
- Design and maintain automated financial reports, dashboards, and models.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for ERP, planning, consolidation, and reporting systems.
- Provide end-user support and troubleshoot financial system issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required.
- 10+ years of FP&A experience within a large publicly traded company with revenue exceeding $4 billion.
- Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and executive reporting.
- Advanced knowledge of financial statements, accounting principles, and variance analysis.
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, or similar enterprise finance systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience creating automated reports and financial models.
Pay
Salary range: $115,000 - $145,000 annually depending on experience.
