We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? Actually we need to use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. The posting includes a description about TerraPower (company overview) maybe that could be "About the role"? Actually "About the role" is a heading for description of role. The posting includes a paragraph describing the role: "Senior Corporate Counsel, Commercial TerraPower is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to provide legal support on commercial, supply chain, construction, and regulatory matters for TerraPower." That's about the role. So we can put that in

About the role

with

containing that description. Responsibilities: there is a long list of responsibilities. We'll put

Responsibilities

with
  • each bullet. Qualifications and Skills: we have qualifications and skills combined. Could split into Qualifications and Skills sections if content distinct. The posting lists qualifications: 8+ years' relevant experience, etc. Also skills: strong contract and commercial law experience, etc. We could combine into one Qualifications section, but we have both headings possible. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Qualifications and Skills into one section titled "Qualifications and Skills". But headings list includes Qualifications and Skills separate. We could still use one heading "Qualifications and Skills". That's acceptable as it's a combined heading? The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid combining, but better to follow the list. However we can create both Qualifications and Skills sections if we can split content meaningfully. The qualifications list includes experience, J.D., bar membership, etc. Skills list includes contract law, technology transactions, etc. We could split: Qualifications: education, licensure, years experience, etc. Skills: contract drafting, negotiation, regulatory familiarity, etc. That seems reasonable. Benefits: there is a Benefits section with list. We'll output

    Benefits

with ul. Pay: there is Salary Range. So we can have

    Pay

with p containing the salary range and note. Schedule: there is travel required 0-10% and maybe work conditions >8 hours/day. That's schedule? Could be schedule info. The posting includes "Travel required 0-10%" and "Work Conditions: Stairs, typing/keyboard, standard and/or sitting working environment of >8 hours/day". That's more about work conditions than schedule. But we could still include Schedule section with travel and typical hours. However the instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state travel required 0-10% and work conditions >8 hours/day, which could be considered schedule. We'll include Schedule. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, export control, etc. Also remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, legal, etc. Also remove "Job Functions" etc. Also remove "Job details". Also remove "TerraPower Career and Benefits information:" link. We must preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the company overview paragraph at start? That's about TerraPower mission etc. That is not about the role but could be considered "About the role"? Actually it's about the company. The instruction: Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The company overview is substantive but not about the role. Should we include it? It's part of the job posting description. Usually we include an "About the role" or "About the company" section. Since we have heading About the role, we could include both company overview and role description. But we must not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include that company overview paragraph. Let's include it in About the role section as a

. Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. In Pay section we have salary range and note "Any salary offered within the posted salary band is based on market data and commensurate with the selected individual's qualifications experience." That includes phrase "commensurate with". That's filler? The instruction says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It says never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text. That means we shouldn't have a section that only contains filler text. But we can include the salary range plus additional info; the phrase "commensurate with" is part of the sentence. It's not just filler alone. It's okay. We must not include "Any salary offered within the posted salary band is based on market data and commensurate with the selected individual's qualifications experience." That's okay. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown. Let's craft:
