About the job
Responsible for the daily creative execution of projects including writing, adapting from core materials, reviewing projects, incorporating comments, referencing, and annotating.
Demonstrate deep knowledge about the brand, disease state, clinical trials and data, and competitive products.
Show passion for writing craft, and creative excellence on projects big and small.
Be an engaging storyteller, creating engaging narratives for both short and long-form communications.
Demonstrate ability in HCP-directed copy for high-science pharma brands, as well as engaging patient/consumer content.
Present creative work and ideas with art partner to clients.
Attend MLR meetings, noting direction and application of changes to other pieces.
Attend appropriate client meetings, market research, workshops and begin to engage in dialogue with supervisor, team, and client about key insights.
Responsibilities
Works collaboratively with all cross-functional team members including Editing, Project Management, Art, and Account Management.
Support new business efforts and/or conceptual work.
Adhere to client regulatory and approval processes.
Requires experience in writing copy for digital formats, ie web, social, CRM, iVAs.
Requirements
- 3-4 years of pharmaceutical copywriting experience in a fast-paced agency setting
- Recent experience working on a pharmaceutical brand / familiarity with scientific information related to pharmaceutical advertising
- A thorough understanding of the healthcare market and competition

Benefits
- Salary range: $45,000 to $160,000
