  • Ensure final copy adheres to content briefs and strategic requirements, delivering polished, publication-ready written content.
  • Work from content briefs provided by key marketing stakeholders to ensure content meets strategic objectives, audience needs, and business goals.
  • Collaborate with physician leaders, clinical subject matter experts (SMEs), and other stakeholders to fact-check and ensure accurate, credible health-related content.
  • Translate complex medical and clinical information into clear, accessible language for consumer audiences.
  • Incorporate SEO/AEO/GEO best practices and content optimization techniques, including integrating target keywords, writing compelling meta descriptions and headers, and structuring content for search performance.

  • Manage multiple editing assignments simultaneously, prioritizing work based on strategic frameworks and business needs while meeting deadlines.
  • Communicate proactively about project status, potential delays, and resource constraints in a fast-paced, agile environment.
  • Incorporate feedback and continuously improve content based on editorial guidance, stakeholder input, and performance insights.
  • Stay current on content marketing trends, writing best practices, and healthcare industry developments.
  • Support the Content Engine's operational efficiency by following established workflows, using content management and collaboration tools effectively, and contributing to process improvements.
  • Manage content requests and production workflows through Adobe Workfront to maintain visibility and alignment with cross-functional stakeholders.
