Job Duties
- Oversees various system applications utilized in medical education (i.e., Blackboard, Vida Nova, and Examplify).
- Interacts with course/program directors to facilitate course/program objectives.
- Performs critical tasks related to the annual review process in collaboration with course/program directors.
- Ensures program, student, and department needs are met; resources are identified; and recommendations are implemented for improvements and enhancements.
- Serves as the administrator for the medical school's Committee or Subcommittee.
- Captures, implements, and maintains various system applications for all assigned courses/programs.
- Creates, coordinates, and tracks documentation of training and educational activities; may assist with grade or evaluation collection and submission.
- Serves as a liaison for the education program with Undergraduate Medical Education.
- Provides course/program materials and documentation on matters relating to education courses.
- Supports the course director or other faculty by maintaining calendars, scheduling meetings, ordering supplies, and preparing correspondence.
Minimum Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED.
- Four years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and managing data efficiently.
- Adaptable and open to training in various Learning Management Systems (LMS).
