Requirements

• 5-10+ years’ experience in Commercial Cooking Equipment (fryers, ovens, grills, steamers, mixers, warmers, etc.)
• A strong desire to continue company-provided education on commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration units, and hot side equipment
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Willingness to work on-call
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Technical degrees and relevant certifications are a plus but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check
