SENIOR COOK (FULL TIME)

About the role

Located at Sacred Heart Seminary and School of Theology, 7335 South Lovers Lane Road, Franklin, WI 53132. Prepare food to ensure it is nutritious and properly flavored in accordance with applicable standards. Work with a talented team to create memorable dining experiences.

Schedule

Full-time schedule; days may vary. Shifts are 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM and 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Weekend availability required.

Requirements

• Two or more years of prior food service experience
• Batch cooking experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities of food service associates as assigned
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes
• Operate and clean equipment after each use
• Perform scheduled routine cleaning
• Store, label and date food items according to policy
• Maintain organized storage of dry goods, refrigerated and frozen products
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure quality and safety of food supply
• Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and department sanitation procedures
• Assist Food Service Director in maintaining accurate daily production records and complete required documentation, reports, and logs
• Assist in cross‑training of employees
• Perform other duties as assigned

Pay

$20.00 – $21.00 per hour
