Location: UT Health North Campus

Pay

$16.50 – $17.87 per hour

Schedule

Full-time, mornings and afternoon/evenings on varying days, including some weekends and holidays. Additional details will be provided during the interview process.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
• Follow complex recipes and/or product directions.
• Produce small to large batch goods using advanced and full range of classical and contemporary cooking, plating, and garnishing techniques.
• May oversee production staff, train, and assign tasks.
• Attend work and show up for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity.
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.

Requirements

• 4 or more years of related work experience preferred.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, and reliable.
