Senior Controls Technician/Project Manager

Qualifications

• Manage controls installation projects in a commercial environment
• Develop project scope, coordinate resources, and drive schedules
• Oversee job execution from kickoff through closeout
• Ensure quality, functionality, and customer satisfaction
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrable effectiveness in project negotiations, multi-site interfaces and commercial management of contracts
• PC skills with knowledge of word processing, spreadsheets, MS Projects and presentation software
• Knowledge of estimating software programs a plus
• Manage the scheduling and forecasting of milestone billings

Functions and Purpose

• Supports both current workload and continued growth in the controls segment of the business
• Self-motivated individual who is dependable and process oriented
• High level of attention to detail, accurate and consistent, works well with others

Pay and Benefits

• Salary: $80 to $115k base (DOE)
