Senior Controller
Job Summary
MSI is a full service HVACR contractor offering an array of energy efficient air-conditioning services. We seek a Senior Controller to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and internal control environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- CPA preferred
- 8-12+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Experience in management and leadership of accounting teams
- Construction industry experience a plus

- Strong GAAP and financial reporting expertise
- Financial analysis and business acumen
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial systems
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to explain financial information to non-finance leaders
- Sound judgment and confidentiality

- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
