Senior Contract Specialist

About the role

Senior Contract Specialist at Road Map Consulting (RMC) located in Kittery, Maine, primarily on‑site.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end acquisition tasks, including complex procurement strategies, pricing, solicitations, evaluations, awards and post-award actions.
• Develop and review acquisition strategy options, competition approaches, risk assessments, negotiation materials and procurement documentation.
• Review work products for regulatory accuracy, completeness and compliance before submission for government approval.
• Analyze complex fixed-price and cost-reimbursable data using advanced Excel and other procurement systems.
• Provide on-the-job training, mentorship, knowledge transfer and practical job aids to staff.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of federal/government contracting experience covering commercial and non-commercial supplies and services,
