Responsibilities
- Lead contract management activities from bid phase through project close-out and warranty
- Draft and tailor commercial clauses in line with project and customer needs
- Negotiate contracts and amendments with clients, partners, and suppliers
- Advis[e] project teams on contractual obligations and rights throughout the project lifecycle
- Develop and improve contract management plans for projects
- Manage risks, opportunities, and compliance in contract execution
- Ensure effective communication and record management with stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Law, Business, Finance, or a related technical field
- At least 10 years of experience in contract management in complex project environments
- Expertise in U.S. Government contracts, including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
- Proven ability to draft and negotiate complex contracts and amendments
- Strong understanding of project financial aspects and commercial exposure
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership
Pay
$127,500 – $212,500 annually
