Responsibilities

  • Implement risk mitigation strategies for projects
  • Develop claims settlement agreements to resolve disputes
  • Manage Contract Change Orders and pursue claims against EPC Companies
  • Negotiate and obtain insurance claim recoveries effectively
  • Ensure timely maintenance of databases for risk tracking and vendor recovery
  • Draft various contractual documents including Change Orders and notifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
  • 6+ years of experience in Contracts Management or project management in EPC Power Plants
  • 5+ years of claims management experience
  • Construction claims negotiation experience
  • Ability to read and write in Spanish preferred

Pay

$127,500 – $212,500 annually
