Responsibilities
- Implement risk mitigation strategies for projects
- Develop claims settlement agreements to resolve disputes
- Manage Contract Change Orders and pursue claims against EPC Companies
- Negotiate and obtain insurance claim recoveries effectively
- Ensure timely maintenance of databases for risk tracking and vendor recovery
- Draft various contractual documents including Change Orders and notifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- 6+ years of experience in Contracts Management or project management in EPC Power Plants
- 5+ years of claims management experience
- Construction claims negotiation experience
- Ability to read and write in Spanish preferred

Pay
$127,500 – $212,500 annually
