Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and budget
  • Develop program plans, charters, and resource strategies aligned to business objectives
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and drive alignment across cross-functional teams and clients
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies while monitoring program performance
  • Drive process improvements using Agile, Lean, or similar methodologies to enhance delivery outcomes

Requirements

  • 7–10 years of experience managing large-scale or enterprise-level programs
  • Strong knowledge of program management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
  • Experience using program management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or equivalent
  • Proven ability managing budgets, timelines, resources, and deliverables
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

  • Experience in consulting or management advisory roles
  • Background in process optimization or continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Familiarity with Travel & Hospitality IT platforms
  • Certification such as PMP, PMI-ACP, CAPM, or Lean Six Sigma
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Pay

$98,853 – $152,750 annually. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Schedule

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Dallas, TX. The working arrangements for this role are accurate as of the date of posting. This may change based on the project you’re engaged in, as well as business and client requirements.
