Role:
Senior Consulting Manager, Source to Pay
Location:
- Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Remote options are available for those residing within a 45-minute commuting radius of an office.
- Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Expect to work in-person 8 days per month, accommodating client meetings, team syncs, and personal schedules.
- Travel Expectations: Up to 40%
What you'll do:
- Work as part of a team of problem solvers with strong procurement and supply chain consulting and domain experience to help financial shared services and procurement executives at multi-billion-dollar companies solve complex problems, from strategy through execution.
- Lead and oversee client engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes within scope, timeline, and budget including assessments, finance transformations, vendor selection, process improvement, finance & accounting operating model modernization, and technology implementations.
- Supervise and mentor a team of consultants, providing guidance and support in their professional development and project execution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to address complex business challenges.
- Identify and assist in pursuing new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and leading pitches to secure consulting engagements.
- Provide insights and guidance on industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovative solutions to enhance client value.
- Optimize internal processes, tools, and methodologies to improve service delivery and team productivity.
What You'll Bring:
- A conversational understanding of leading Source to Pay applications, key features and functions, how they enable business outcomes, and relative strengths and weaknesses of market leaders.
- Knowledge across full procurement and supply chain domain; catalogs, purchasing requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoice receipt/ handling, OCR, invoice processing, payments, etc.
- 3+ years of people management experience
- Willingness to continually take on challenging projects with new or ambiguous subject matter
- Strong project management experience, including: workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communicating with clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; clearly convey complex business concepts to executive audience free of grammatical errors, incorporating leading practices for business writing
- Strong leadership skills and executive presence.

Compensation Range:
The compensation range for this position is $144,000-$186,000. We are committed to ensuring our offers reflect the value each candidate brings to the role. Final salary placement will be based on upon several factors, including, level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography and alignment with industry standards. This role is eligible for our bonus program.
