Senior Consulting Engineer - Physical Security

About the role

This role will partner with clients to design, implement, and optimize physical security solutions that support safer environments and more effective operations. The position blends technical consulting, systems integration, and hands-on troubleshooting across video surveillance and access control technologies. You will also help customers evaluate system enhancements, address hardware and software issues, and identify opportunities to expand solution value.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client consultations to design and implement physical security systems
• Analyze existing physical security systems and recommend updates or improvements
• Set up and test video surveillance and access control systems
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and provide effective solutions
• Educate customers on new technologies and potential cross-selling opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or 9+ years of experience in technical solutions delivery
• Experience with Genetec or Verkada systems engineering
• Willingness to work weekends or off-hours as needed
• Ability to travel 25%–50% of the time
• Detail-oriented with a strong grasp of inventory and logistics

Compensation

$107,300 – $150,180 annually

Schedule

• Remote — US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
