We are seeking a Senior Consultant Engineer to utilize our innovative e-beam systems for enhancing yield in state-of-the-art 300mm semiconductor fabs.

Responsibilities

• Analyze PDF eProbe output to ensure tool readout maximizes customer benefit in yield improvement.
• Conduct RD experiments to retarget defects of interest, strengthen signals, reduce noise, or improve throughput.
• Create analysis dataflow for repeated and consistent readout.
• Influence customers to analyze eProbe readouts for yield improvement purposes.

Qualifications

• Ability to use layout edit or review tools (e.g., Cadence ICFB, KLayout or similar).
• Familiarity with analysis platforms (e.g., JMP, Spotfire or similar).
• Experience with semiconductor fail modes (opens or shorts) in both FEOL and BEOL steps.
• Basic understanding of device physics (e.g., P-N junction, transistor operation, CMOS integration).
• Ability to drive experiments rapidly and create high-quality analysis reports.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with inspection tools (optical, voltage-contrast, or spectroscopy).
• Ability to read/interpret circuit schematics, GDS/Oasis layouts, or PFA cross-sections.
• Programming experience (Python, Java, C#, C++, Ruby, Perl, etc.).
• Experience working with customers in technical settings and delivering high-standard results promptly.

Pay

USD $120,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 /Yr.
