Role:
Senior Consulting Analyst
Location:
Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Office options include hybrid or remote work, with expectations of 8 days of in-person work per month.
What you'll do:
- Work as part of a team of problem solvers with strong Source to Pay consulting experience to assist financial shared services and procurement executives at multi-billion-dollar companies.
- Aid in Coupa system implementations across the full project lifecycle, including workplan creation and updates, milestone tracking, risk management, status updates, change management, and communication.
- Engage in internal projects that offer opportunities for learning and personal growth.
- Translate business requirements into technical solution designs using a solution design document and leading system design principles.
- Act as the S2P subject matter expert and provide insights to clients on assessment, finance transformation, vendor selection, and implementation.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business-related field of study
- 3-6+ years of S2P or P2P full-life cycle technology implementation experience with Coupa, SAP Ariba, Ivalua, Jagger, GEP or similar systems
- Technical knowledge across full S2P functionality, including catalogs, purchasing requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoice handling, OCR, invoice processing, payments, etc.

Compensation Range:
The compensation range for this position is $84,000-$110,000. Final salary placement will be based on several factors, including level of expertise, relevant work experience, technology certifications, educational background, geography, and alignment with industry standards.
