Role: Senior Consulting Analyst, Business Advisory

Location: Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Office Options: Hybrid or Remote.

Travel Expectations: Up to 40%

What You'll Do

As a Senior Consulting Analyst at Clearsulting, you'll play a crucial role in helping clients improve their finance processes and support technology transformation initiatives. You'll work closely with project teams to analyze data, develop insights, and create high-quality deliverables that help organizations streamline operations, improve decision-making, and enable digital transformation. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, collaborating with others, and developing expertise in finance and technology-focused consulting.

• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Develop client deliverables, including presentations, process documentation, reports, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with project team members and client stakeholders to support the design and implementation of process and technology solutions.
• Affiliate with project management activities, including work planning, status tracking, risk identification, and issue resolution.
• Stay current on industry trends and contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and thought leadership efforts, including AI and its impact on finance functions.
• Affiliate with assigned workstreams and deliverables, proactively identifying challenges and escalating issues as appropriate.
• Consistently follow all firm policies and guidance.
• Maintain and enhance the Clearsulting culture by building meaningful relationships with clients and colleagues and demonstrating the Clearsulting Core Values each day.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in consulting, corporate finance, accounting, business analysis, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage assigned responsibilities independently.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and/or Alteryx is a plus.
• Understanding of AI toolsets and the ability to leverage AI to support client delivery and internal initiatives.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with a client-service mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Experience supporting cross-functional projects and working effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Willingness and ability to travel, as needed.
