About the Team

Our WPM Technology Team tackles some of the most difficult obstacles in the AEC industry. We deliver effective, dependable, and resilient technology solutions—including IT managed services, consulting, cybersecurity, custom software development, and immersive digital project collaboration—that enable organizations to operate with confidence. Our primary objective is to be a reliable partner in the rapidly changing digital landscape, positioning your business for exponential growth.

Responsibilities

  • Implement a wide variety of IT solutions in a hands-on role with support from experienced professionals.
  • Guide IT strategy in concert with business leaders and execute IT projects in customer environments, such as:
    • Deploying and monitoring advanced networking solutions including SD-WAN, firewalls, and remote access across a global footprint.
    • Testing and deploying collaboration solutions including cloud-based virtual desktops, global file shares, and zero-trust techniques for remote work.
  • Maintain existing private and public cloud services, including virtual desktops with full GPU support, Azure AD, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Maintain Windows infrastructure—Active Directory, Group Policy, Intune, SQL, etc.
  • Manage vendors, including budgeting, acquisitions, vendor comparisons, and running proof-of-concept projects in real networks.
  • Supervise office moves and present information clearly to internal, client, and public audiences.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a multi-site, multi-country network environment with thousands of devices.
  • Advanced knowledge in at least one of the following areas:
    • Enterprise cloud computing and Office 365 migration.
    • Azure AD Identity Management, including context-aware MFA and password self-service.
    • Networking: routing protocols, switching, wireless design, firewalls, SD-WAN, and troubleshooting.
    • Security: Endpoint Detection and Response, alert management, threat actor awareness, and TTPs.
    • Virtualization: servers, virtual desktops with graphics, network devices, disaster recovery, and runbooks.
    • Endpoint management at scale for globally distributed client systems.
    • Deep OS architecture.
  • Desire for continuous learning and project management experience, including documentation and organizational rollout.
  • Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or similar).
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.

Preferred Experience

  • Prior IT consulting experience (helpful but not required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (GIAC, Microsoft, Cisco, etc.).
  • Report writing skills.
  • Training in intrusion detection, incident response, threat intelligence, security awareness, and vulnerability management.
  • Experience implementing Zero Trust Networking (app proxies, identity management, device compliance, role-based network ACLs).
  • Auditing existing networks for external customers.
  • Experience in the Architectural/Engineering/Construction (AEC) sector.
  • PKI experience (certificate creation, signing).

Work Arrangement

As a hybrid firm, we blend in-office and remote work options to offer flexibility and work-life integration. Candidates should be able to commute to or periodically travel to the affiliated office.
