Responsibilities
- Configure and implement Workday Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Business Process solutions to meet client needs.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, conduct fit-gap analyses, and design scalable solutions following Workday best practices.
- Support all phases of project delivery, including discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues, including configuration dependencies and integration points.
- Provide guidance on optimizing usability, scalability, and compliance within the Workday environment.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless alignment across modules and business processes.
- Document configurations, create training materials, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions with client teams.
- Stay up to date on Workday releases and new features, advising clients on potential enhancements.
Requirements
- 2+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience, with a strong focus on Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, and Business Processes.
- Demonstrated experience in configuring and supporting Workday solutions across multiple HCM modules.
- Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework and its impact on system functionality.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with clients and project teams.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a project environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- Workday certification(s) in Core HCM, Compensation, or Talent is a plus.
Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $95,000.00 - $125,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
