About the role

The Deloitte Enterprise Performance team works across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to deliver holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. We are seeking a US Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Functional area lead responsible for design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Grants Management functional area for state or local government client.
  • Provides functional knowledge of Workday, demonstrates software features to clients, documents requirements and design decisions, and provides knowledge transfer to the client team.
  • Configures the software, supports testing and rollout, and provides functional support to team members as required.

Requirements

  • Required: Bachelor's Degree.
  • Active Workday Grants Management Certification.
  • 2+ years of experience with the Workday Grants Life-To-Date Conversion process.
  • 2+ years of experience within Workday Grants to include; Design experience to go live, Leading clients through design sessions, Configuring Workday Grants module, Configuring and building tenants, Leading a client through hyper care.
  • Able to travel 30-50% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Benefits

  • Discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program.

Pay

$105,400 to $207,800 annually.
