Senior Consultant, Workday Grants Management

About the role

The Deloitte Enterprise Performance team works across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to deliver holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. We recruit for this role until July 30, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Functional area lead responsible for design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Grants Management functional area for state or local government client.
• Provides functional knowledge of Workday, demonstrates software features to clients, documents requirements and design decisions, and provides knowledge transfer to the client team.
• Configures the software, supports testing and rollout, and manages functional support team members as required.

Requirements

• Required: Bachelor's Degree.
• Active Workday Grants Management Certification.
• 2+ years of experience with the Workday Grants Life-To-Date Conversion process.
• 2+ years of experience within Workday Grants to include Design experience to go live, Leading clients through design sessions, Configuring Workday Grants module, Configuring and building tenants, Leading a client through hyper care.
• Able to travel 30-50% based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
