Responsibilities
EY’s Transformation Architecture and Delivery (TAD) practice offers a dynamic career path for professionals passionate about solving complex business, technology, and infrastructure challenges. As a Senior, you’ll help drive transformation initiatives that align with clients’ strategic goals – bridging the gap between strategy and execution. You will contribute to the design and delivery of business and solution architecture frameworks, program management approaches, and value realization structures.
TAD Business
- Partner directly with clients to plan, design, deliver, and deploy transformative solutions.
- Direct strategic transformation programs through TMO and PMO frameworks, leveraging Agile methodologies like SAFe and Scrum to manage risk and resources across workstreams.
- Shape governance models and portfolio strategies that align with organizational objectives.
- Craft compelling business cases and ideation frameworks to secure executive buy-in.
- Help clients achieve measurable value realization at every stage of their transformation journey through performance management and storytelling techniques.
TAD Technology Strategy
- Partner directly with clients to define and execute technology transformation agendas that align technology investments with business priorities.
- Design technology operating models, optimize costs and sourcing strategies, support M&A transaction and integration initiatives, and enable enterprise-wide technology transformation.
- Shape governance frameworks and develop transformation roadmaps.
- Help organizations modernize their technology capabilities to improve performance, agility, and business outcomes.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and approximately 2–4+ years of experience in technology or technology strategy consulting, business or digital transformation, or program and project management.
- Consulting experience supporting client-facing transformation programs, projects, or workstreams across business and/or technology environments.
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Replit) to enhance productivity, analysis, and solution development.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate effectively, foster inclusivity, and work across diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for a range of audiences.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with intellectual curiosity and a proactive, execution-oriented mindset.
- Agile, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity in dynamic environments.
- Strong commercial acumen and a desire to drive meaningful impact for global and domestic organizations.
- Willingness and ability to travel and work flexible hours based on client and project needs (65 – 80%).
- Access to reliable transportation to/from EY offices and client sites, as required.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting large-scale transformation initiatives, including PMO/EPMO set-up, transformation office design, and end-to-end program or portfolio delivery.
- Experience leading or supporting technology operating model and process design, capability roadmaps, organizational change, technology strategy and transformation, cost optimization, sourcing strategies, enterprise architecture, and technology-enabled business transformation.
- Familiarity with program and portfolio management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, Clarity, Planview).
- Experience working with delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Ability to apply structured frameworks to solve complex business and technology challenges.
- Experience supporting business development efforts, including RFP responses, proposals, and client presentations.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to analyze data and develop clear, executive-ready deliverables.
Benefits
EY offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $97,300 to $178,300. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $116,700 to $202,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
