Senior Consultant, ServiceNow Technical Lead
Work You’ll Do
- Lead the design and implementation of Enterprise Asset Management capabilities on an existing ServiceNow platform
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical architecture, solution design, and development plans
- Create development timelines, sequencing plans, and delivery estimates for platform enhancements and implementation activities
- Guide junior developers through configuration, development, testing, and deployment activities across the delivery lifecycle
- Persist with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to support solution decisions, risk management, and implementation outcomes

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or enhancing ServiceNow solutions
- Experience supporting Enterprise Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, or IT Asset Management processes in ServiceNow
- Experience creating solution architecture, technical design documentation, and development estimates or timelines for platform initiatives
- Experience leading developers or coordinating technical work across implementation or enhancement projects
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into platform configuration or development tasks
- Able to travel 0–25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Active Secret Clearance or higher preferred
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification
- Experience working on ServiceNow implementations in a large enterprise environment
- Experience with system integrations, data migration, or platform release management in ServiceNow
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum-based delivery environments
Pay
Wage Range: $119,000 to $218,300
Benefits
Discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
