Senior Consultant, ServiceNow Developer

Work You'll Do

• Design, configure, develop, and deploy ServiceNow solutions aligned to client business and technical requirements.
• Build and enhance workflows, forms, integrations, and custom applications within the ServiceNow platform.
• Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solution designs.
• Support testing, defect resolution, deployment activities, and post-production stabilization for ServiceNow implementations.
• Contribute to project deliverables, documentation, estimation, and technical work products across the implementation lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree, 4+ years of experience designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, 2+ years experience developing with JavaScript, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, and REST application programming interfaces, Experience implementing one or more ServiceNow modules, Ability to obtain a security clearance, Ability to travel 0-50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve, Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
• Preferred: Local to the Washington Metro area, Active Secret clearance, One or more additional ServiceNow certifications, Experience with Integration Hub, Service Portal, or UI Builder, Experience supporting Agile delivery methods, Experience in a consulting or professional services environment, Experience leading technical workstreams on platform implementation projects.
