Senior Consultant, SAP Recruiting Consultant – RCM/RMK/SmartRecruiters + EC, ONB 2.0 or ECP for Support

About the role

We are seeking an experienced, purpose-driven SAP SuccessFactors consultant to provide high-level support across multiple projects within our Recruiting Management practice. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), and/or SmartRecruiters, along with implementation experience in at least one of the following modules: Employee Central (EC), Onboarding 2.0 (ONB 2.0), or Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

Responsibilities

• Support projects involving requirements definition, business-process improvement, quality assurance, risk management, end-user training, application configuration, and testing.
• Provide consulting services to global organizations regarding HCM best practices and assist clients in migrating to SAP HCM cloud solutions.
• Lead or support client design workshops.
• Design, configure, and deliver high-quality solutions that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with project team members to facilitate successful integration among modules and systems.
• Document system configurations, requirements, decisions, and business processes.
• Transfer knowledge to customers for ongoing maintenance and support.
• Stay current on relevant SAP releases, features, and leading practices.
• Maintain current certifications and subject-matter expertise in assigned solution areas.
