Senior Consultant - SAP PP

Responsibilities

• Support clients across the solution lifecycle, from business process assessment through design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Deliver SAP Production Planning (PP) solutions that help clients modernize manufacturing operations, improve planning performance, and support supply chain transformation.
• Assess business requirements, evaluate current-state processes, and design future-state SAP PP solutions.
• Configure SAP PP across core functional areas, including material requirements planning, production orders, master data, shop floor control, capacity planning, Kanban, and repetitive or process manufacturing, as applicable.
• Collaborate with business and technology teams on workshops, solution design, testing, cutover, deployment, and stabilization activities.
• Contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing, coaching junior practitioners, internal initiatives, and business development support.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree plus 6+ years of SAP, enterprise resource planning (ERP), or consulting experience.
• 5+ years of SAP consulting experience supporting solution design and end-to-end delivery in a consulting firm, industry environment, or both.
• 3+ years of hands-on functional configuration experience with SAP Production Planning (PP).
• Experience configuring SAP PP across 3+ functional areas, such as PP-D, PP-PI, material requirements planning (MRP) or MRP Live, production orders or process orders, shop floor control, capacity planning, production planning and detailed scheduling (PP-DS) integration, repetitive manufacturing, or Kanban/JIT.
• Experience with 1+ SAP S/4HANA implementation, transformation, or migration program.
• Current SAP certification in SAP S/4HANA Production Planning, SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain, Materials Management, Quality Management, or Extended Warehouse Management.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business.
• 2+ years of client service delivery experience in a consulting or professional services firm supporting large enterprise transformation engagements.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing scenarios such as variant configuration/AVC, repetitive manufacturing, production planning and detailed scheduling (PP-DS), or integration with manufacturing execution system (MES) solutions, such as SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) or SAP Manufacturing Integration and Intelligence (SAP MII), on 1+ program.
• Participation in 1+ SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversion or greenfield SAP S/4HANA implementation.
