About the role
The Senior Consultant will be responsible for developing and optimizing SAP Crystal Reports to support sales compensation processes. This role requires a strong technical background with a focus on functional understanding of sales compensation.Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain SAP Crystal Reports for commission statements, payout reports, audit reports, and dashboards.
- Optimize SQL queries and enhance report performance.
- Collaborate with finance, payroll, and SAP BW teams for integration and data model development.
- Engage in user acceptance testing (UAT) and interact with business stakeholders to ensure report accuracy and usability.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Strong experience with SAP Crystal Reports and SAP Commissions (Callidus).
- Advanced knowledge of report development including formulas, subreports, parameters, conditional formatting, and complex calculations.
- Proficient in SQL and skilled at query optimization.
- Experience in developing commission statements, payout reports, audit reports, and dashboards.
- Knowledge of SAP Commissions data models such as transactions, crediting, pipelines, and payments.
Preferred
- Experience with Finance, Payroll, or SAP BW integrations.
- Exposure to UAT and business stakeholder interactions.
