About the role

The Deloitte Regulatory, Risk & Forensic team assists client leaders in translating complex regulatory environments into actionable strategies that enhance their organizations' resilience and value creation.

Responsibilities

  • Support regulatory change management for investment managers by establishing and executing end-to-end processes.
  • Evaluate and prioritize business, operational, regulatory, and technology risks, and develop controls and operating procedures.
  • Develop regulatory change artifacts and governance tools, such as regulatory inventories, impact assessment templates, and implementation plans.
  • Engage with industry participants to stay informed about regulatory and market trends.
  • Support regulatory remediation and exam readiness efforts by gathering evidence, documenting decisions, and strengthening audit trails.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services or consulting with exposure to investment management.
  • Familiarity with investment management regulatory compliance and risk management.
  • Experience supporting regulatory change initiatives, including horizon scanning, impact assessments, and change communications.
  • Strong project/program management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to support or lead business proposals and sales presentations.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $119,000 to $218,300, with the actual offer contingent upon factors such as skill set, experience, and organizational needs.

Schedule
