About the role

The Senior Consultant, Process Improvement will support clients in optimizing business processes, implementing best practices, and driving adoption of service management, project management, and AI automation solutions. The role requires a balance of consulting expertise, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution to deliver measurable improvements.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in process improvement, consulting, service management, and project leadership
• Ability to advise clients and deliver technology-enabled operational improvements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred
• 10+ years of experience working on project teams, business processes, or operational improvement initiatives
• 5+ years of experience leading service management teams, processes, or related consulting engagements
• Strong ability to analyze business challenges, define requirements, and translate them into effective solutions
• Excellent consulting, communication, facilitation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Prioritize building and maintaining trusted client relationships
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), Project Portfolio Management (PPM), and business process optimization
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Kanban
• Familiarity with AI strategy, conversational AI, automation opportunities, and digital transformation practices
• Knowledge of service management and project management platforms, web-based applications, and related technologies
• Experience documenting, improving, and standardizing business processes
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, KCS, Lean, AI, or other operational/process improvement methodologies are preferred
• Previous experience with work management platforms or similar enterprise solutions is a plus
