We are looking for a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in the Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance sector to advise client executives—both business and IT—on digital transformation, process reimagination, platform modernization, AI, and consulting engagements.
Responsibilities
- Lead and advise on digital transformation programs, platform implementations, legacy modernization, and service digitization across the P&C value chain.
- Drive process reimagination, optimization, and change management using design-thinking techniques.
- Analyze current business operations, identify problems, perform root-cause analysis, and recommend future-state solutions.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, including senior-level stakeholders, and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal oversight.
- Mentor and direct junior team members, construct compelling business cases, and facilitate effective decision-making.
- Engage in firm and practice-building activities, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Collaborate with global teams using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Travel to client sites and for practice work efforts as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience with a P&C insurer or comparable consulting services.
- Experience in P&C insurance products, including:
- Personal Lines: Auto, Motorcycle, Watercraft, Fire.
- Property Lines: Home, Renters, Condo.
- Commercial Lines: Property, Auto, Marine, General Liability, Business Insurance, Workers’ Compensation, Farm.
- Experience in functional areas such as product development, claims management, and distribution management.
- Familiarity with P&C platforms like Guidewire, DuckCreek, Majesco, EIS, or Applied Systems.
- Proficiency in business analytics and data tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Knowledge of disruptive innovations in insurance, such as AI, embedded insurance, touchless claims, and virtual agents.
- Strong relationship-building, strategic mindset, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the U.S. without employer-based visa sponsorship (Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role).

Pay
For candidates based in CA, WA, NY, IL, MN, or NJ, the estimated annual gross compensation range is $116,875 to $148,125.
