Senior Consultant, Negotiation Consultancy

About the role

This is your opportunity to leverage your negotiation background in a high-impact role. As a Senior Consultant, you’ll:

• Deliver powerful, behavior-based negotiation workshops to senior professionals and C-suite leaders (very frequent travel and time away from home is part of the experience).
• Coach and mentor clients post-workshop, guiding them through real-life negotiations.
• Build strong client relationships, identifying new opportunities, business development, and helping drive commercial growth.
• Play a founding role in our expanding consulting arm—helping develop new consulting propositions, shape methodology, and take on more strategic, advisory-led client engagements beyond workshop delivery.
