Senior Consultant - MBHS Services

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement growth strategies to capture new business opportunities
• Cultivate relationships with education leaders and policymakers to understand their challenges
• Lead proposal writing and prepare materials tailored for clients
• Support the development of product features for PCG's MBHS technology
• Lead clients through sales demos and strategic technology implementations
• Advise clients on best practices and compliance with regulations related to MBHS
• Manage complex projects while maintaining strong client interaction

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years' experience required, graduate degree preferred
• 5-10 years' experience in consulting, business development, or client relationship management in MBHS
• Familiarity with information technology, finance/business operations, K-12 education, and school-based MBHS support is preferred
• Proven track record in business development and strategic execution in education and/or mental/behavioral health
• Willingness and ability to travel across the U.S. for client engagement

Pay

• $88,900 – $120,000 annually

• Remote - US based candidates only
