Senior Consultant/ Manager(Data Analyst) - Banking

We are building the best global analytics consulting team and are looking for top-notch talent to join us as a Senior Consultant/Manager with strong experience in Python, SQL, Snowflake, and cloud technologies.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with SQL, data analysis, and consulting, performing data analysis to support business insights and decision-making. This role requires someone comfortable working with large datasets, transforming data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into solution requirements
• Work with large datasets using Python/PySpark (Databricks/Jupyter) for data processing and analysis
• Write efficient SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation
• Consume and manage data from AWS S3 and integrate with downstream systems
• Leverage Snowflake for data warehousing, modeling, and performance optimization
• Build and maintain dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight) for business stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data solutions
• Perform data analysis, data profiling, and exploratory analysis
• Analyze, identify, and document transformation logic and rules

Requirements

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Data Analytics in Banking/Consulting roles
• Strong expertise in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis and scripting
• Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with AWS (S3) and Snowflake
• Understanding of banking/financial services data (must have)
• Experience working in a client-facing or consulting environment
• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving abilities
