Senior Consultant - Insurance Solutions

About the role

This role focuses on technical product support during implementation and post-sale phases, with a strong emphasis on improving operational scale and providing consultative support to existing clients. You will report to the Director of Solution Consulting. This is a hybrid position, requiring in-person work at an assigned TransUnion office at least two days per week.

Responsibilities

• Create processes, documentation, and tools to drive increased operational efficiencies and scale across various products and insurance markets.
• Develop automation for common customer support tasks using AI and other tools to enhance consistency and accuracy.
• Support existing clients through data analysis, business review meetings, and direct engagement to optimize their use of TransUnion’s Insurance solutions.
• Gather insights from clients and sales (Voice of the Customer) and deliver feedback to internal stakeholders to drive continuous product improvements.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders and internal business units to perform data analysis on products and data assets.
• Leverage technical tools to proactively identify trends and anomalies in customer metrics, deriving actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, technical roles, or operational roles, with a strong background in the Property & Casualty (P&C) or Life Insurance sectors.
• Experience leading process improvements that enhance customer service and operational scale; PMP or Lean Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
• Experience in leading analytical projects, transforming insights into presentations, and delivering results to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of business intelligence tools, project management tools, and/or CRM tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, JIRA, Rally, Salesforce).
• Ability to apply critical thinking to identify anomalies, improve processes, and optimize client solutions.
• Strong project management and documentation skills, with a demonstrated ability to scale complex processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable recommendations.

Pay

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $82,700.00 - $120,000.00 annually. Actual compensation is based on factors such as education, training, work experience, job-related skills, location, industry knowledge, and market considerations. Regular, full-time non-sales positions may be eligible for TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain roles may also qualify for long-term incentives and other payments based on company guidance and plan documents.
