15+ years of overall work experience
15+ years of experience in Engineering Operations, Application Maintenance, and Support
Hands-on support experience with Java, J2EE projects
Experience with Monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace)
Experience in Incident Management and Change Management
IAM/ILM domain knowledge (added advantage)
Certifications (added advantage)
Domain experience in Telecom

Manage day-to-day operations activities for the CSO suite of applications, including system upgrades, database patching, certificate renewal, and triaging incidents to closure
Own uptime, SLAs, and operational KPIs
Lead incident management and executive communication
Drive automation and AI implementation strategy
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and staffing
Partner with Security, Engineering, and Architecture teams
Ensure compliance with SOX, PCI, ISO, and internal audits
Build training plans for the team
Manage stakeholders at the AVP level for program execution and growth opportunities
Provide multi-stack IAM application support, owning operations across heterogeneous platforms:
- Windows Stack: IIS, ASP.NET (C#/VB.NET), PowerShell, Batch scripting
- Linux Stack: Perl, Shell scripting, Apache, Tomcat
- Middleware: IBM WAS, Apache, Tomcat
- Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 (SQL/PL-SQL)
- IAM Platforms: IBM TIM, ISVG, ISVA, LDAP services
Drive resolution of cross-stack dependencies and integration issues
Oversee IAM application operations involving Authentication/Authorization services, LDAP integrations, and user lifecycle flows
Manage IAM platform components (ISAM/ISVA, LDAP directories)
Ensure adherence to security policies, access governance standards, and audit/compliance requirements
