Our Healthcare & Life Science Division works across the highly innovative, complex healthcare sector, including pharmaceuticals & biotech, medical technology, diagnostics, digital health & healthcare IT, healthcare B2B, providers, consumer health, and animal health. Our North America Healthcare & Life teams are based in Boston, Chicago, New York, and San Francisco. As a global division, our project teams often include colleagues from around the world.
Our HC&LS Division / Pharma & Biotech consulting teams are made up of industry-leading strategists with extensive experience in Pharma and Biotech. We provide clear, actionable guidance to our clients using data, deep analytics, research, and behavioral science.

Responsibilities
- Work in teams for a wide variety of clients, products, and project types while building industry and business expertise.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data to support pricing and sales strategies, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Project Support: Collaborate with project teams to support client engagements, including developing presentations, creating financial models, and contributing to workshops.
- Presentation Preparation: Assist in preparing compelling presentations and reports for clients, showcasing findings and recommendations.
- Innovation: Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions to address business challenges and market opportunities.
- Client Interaction: Gain exposure to client interactions by participating in meetings and workshops.
- Learning and Development: Engage in workshops and training sessions to enhance consulting and business acumen.
- Work closely with project teams to solve client business challenges through strategy development and data analysis.
- Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive environment that fosters belonging for all.
Requirements
- 2+ years of full-time work experience with an undergraduate degree, or a 2-year Masters/Doctoral degree, preferably in consulting, change management, project management, or functional experience in pricing, market access, marketing, and sales.
- For the Life Sciences Division, experience in the healthcare industry or life sciences consulting is preferred, with functional experience in pricing, market access, marketing, and growth strategy for biopharmaceutical, medical device, diagnostics, healthcare IT, or digital health clients.
- Professional experience in analyzing and solving complex problems, including defining actionable recommendations using quantitative, conceptual, and analytical skills.
- Solid understanding of marketing, pricing, and sales concepts paired with relevant work experience.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, including work plans and deliverables.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused attitude.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- In-office or client presence 2-3 days per week in alignment with our hybrid working model.
Pay
The base salary range for this position is between $125,000 to $150,000 per year for U.S. roles. Specific compensation within these ranges will depend on factors such as experience, skills, and location. Total compensation includes base salary, performance bonus, and eligibility for annual merit-based increases.
