Your Role

Alchemy is currently seeking experienced professionals to join our Workday HCM team!

If you have a Workday HCM consulting background, bring your knowledge and talent to Alchemy’s fun, team-centered, and customer-focused environment!

As an experienced member of the deployment team, you’ll seek inventive solutions on behalf of customers, and you’ll help develop and refine our deployment strategy.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer business requirements
• Design and configure the Workday solution
• Demonstrate configurations through the development of prototype systems
• Aid in testing the Workday solution
• Complete knowledge transfer to customers
• Work with customers to help convert legacy data into Workday
• Assist the integration consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and other third-party or custom solutions
• Collaborate effectively and synergistically to team-based projects
• Ensure customers understand and take advantage of Alchemy and Workday best practices
• Strive to innovate and suggest new approaches and tools to deploy Workday efficiently and effectively
• Help ensure customers remain referenceable once in production
• Partner with Project Managers to ensure alignment across project plans and allocated budgets
• Help mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model
• Maintain Workday certifications and qualifications

About You (Required Skills)

• Bachelor's Degree or commensurate work experience
• 3+ years of experience implementing Workday HCM, Recruiting and Learning, preferably with a Workday partner
• Previous experience leading and deploying HCM in Workday, Ellucian, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar applications
• Ability to use rigorous logic to understand hidden problems and identify effective solutions
• Ability to effectively manage against timelines and goals
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills with both technical and functional end-users
• Strong HE Union experience
• Ability to travel approximately 40%
• Workday certification in HCM
